		<description>Yes, I think for the next year or so we are going to be on a steep learning curve.  I cheerfully allow myself to sit &#039;behind the curve&#039;!  I figure I will notice when I get &quot;left out&quot; and that is the time to &quot;join in&quot;.  

I think our role will be on the social side as well. 

a) Mapping communities as they are and then 
b) Helping the youngsters who use social media more than us to see how they exercise influence &amp; leadership in those communities.  

And maybe
c) Helping other &quot;older&quot; people feel less frazzled by it all and accept some leadership from the younger generation.

I love when I &quot;get&quot; a new bit of social media. The only challenge for me right now is I seem to be getting new bits every day and I don&#039;t have time to do them justice! So your list above was great as a starting point for some of the newer aspects to me ( must look into Skype - I have asked for an Asus for my birthday)</description>
